My characters name is Enlighten My character is a protection paladin with Retri OS although my retri gear is not of high stand (5700gs all pve)

Previous (and current) guilds. Tell about why you left them?
I was a member of the harpers just for the social aspect but left to join boomsquad.
While in boomsquad a number of high ranking players left to go horde and I picked up the slack took over website management and DKP once the GM's friends returned from horde
I felt myself being pushed out until finally after missing my first ever raid I was demoted with no word and as such decided enough was enough and left.

Why would you like to join us?
I would like to join you as from experience of your players you are a can do guild unfortunately my previous guild would not try I finally got my 25 man kill in a group other than the guild for the simple reason I wanted it, other officers came up with excuse after excuse why we shouldn't use an extended lock out and just start fresh week in week out.

Raiding experience, instances and bosses?
My character was born of Wrath of the lich king so Vanilla and TBC raids were not really attempted at the relevant levels, However my mage ahs been on SS since the beginning and has some expereince of earlier raids.
Pala has cleared Naxx 10/25 never had a chance with ulduar as my marriage split and had more pressing things to sort at the time, ToC 10 and 25 and insanity ach for togc 10, Icc 10 and 25 both full clears with 6/10 hm in 10 man

How often do you play, and how often can you raid?
I play everyday I am home from work at 6pm uk time and can play any days

What motivates you to play?
I am motivated to play wow to better myself in everything I do, To hone my skills and to progress upwards and onwards

Would you be willing, if your class allows, to gather and enchant offspec gear?
I already have os gear in retri which is enchanted and gemmed with only the best items

Can anyone in The Crazy EightyEights vouch for you?
I have raided in pugs with a few of your members but no one specific can really vouch for me as far as I know

Have you read the guild and raid rules, and do you abide them?
Yes and yes

Finally, why should we invite you?
I am dedicated I have pushed and pushed my old guild to fight on but have always hit a road block in the form of other officers and the gm, I work hard in raids and I help other as much as I can, I spent the last 2 weekends with fellow guildmates in 10 man icc helping them get their LK kill even if it was only in 10 man it was an achievment for them.
I can offer 450/450 enginneering/mining/blacksmithing(all icc recipes)/Tailoring/and enchanting, I have 400 cooking and always come to raids prepared with flasks/fish/and brains. I will not give up in a fight I am usually the first in a raid and the last out I will never quit until a job is done.
I know my class I know my spec and as such feel I do a good job and will always take constructive criticism and process it if betters my playing.
